Use and transmission
Website / SMTP / RecarelabThe website sends the inquiry to Recarelab.
Submitted assessment information is transmitted to Recarelab through deployment-configured SMTP so Recarelab can evaluate and respond to the request.
The website application does not persist the submission after handing it to SMTP. The application logs only a request identifier, timestamp, delivery status, and coarse abuse signals; it does not log the message body, email address, or phone number.
Submission boundary
No uploads / no sensitive detailsKeep secrets and regulated information out of the form.
Do not submit passwords, secrets, regulated data, confidential documents, or detailed network configurations. Describe the affected systems and desired outcome at a high level.
The first-release form does not accept supporting files. Recarelab will establish an appropriate information-sharing method later if an assessment requires more detail.
Analytics
First-release boundaryNo behavioral advertising, session replay, or third-party analytics.
The initial website does not load those services. Adding analytics later requires a separate privacy and consent review before deployment.
