Lead offer / 30-day proof engagement

Private Industrial AI, grounded in the work you approve.

Customer-owned private AI hardware connected in a clean technical workspace

A responsible, customer-controlled assistant grounded in approved business information, with focused answers linked to supporting sources.

One practical use case comes first. Production scale follows only after the results, boundaries, and risks are understood.

Bring useful business information into one focused answer path.

Search approved manuals, procedures, Microsoft 365 information, Business Central information, parts records, and operational notes from one place.

  • Return focused answers linked to supporting sources.
  • Respect approved user and group permissions.
  • Add a useful alert, digest, or assisted workflow where the process supports it.

Prove one useful workflow in 30 days.

$7,500

A 30-day paid pilot starting at $7,500.

$1,500 / month

Managed support starting at $1,500 per month.

Both prices are starting points subject to a written scope. The pilot includes:

  1. Workflow and data-readiness assessment
  2. Deployment in one customer-approved environment
  3. Up to two standard data connections
  4. Initial ingestion of an agreed document collection
  5. Authentication and role-based access configuration
  6. One operational alert, digest, or assisted workflow
  7. Administrator and user training
  8. Closing assessment of usage, answer quality, risks, and production options

Use the environment that fits the approved scope.

Suitable existing infrastructure

Start with capable systems the customer already operates when they fit the use case.

Customer-owned private AI hardware

Choose a DGX Spark or another appropriately sized platform, buy it from the preferred supplier, and keep ownership of the hardware and warranty.

Customer-approved cloud

Use an approved cloud environment when its security, cost, and operating boundaries fit the work.

Hardware, cloud usage, licensing, model-provider charges, and other third-party products are separate unless a written order includes them. Recarelab provides architecture, integration, configuration, testing, and support without requiring hardware purchases from Recarelab.

Responsible Private AI, right-sized for the work.

Recarelab selects the minimum practical environment for the approved workflow: capable existing infrastructure, customer-owned hardware, or a customer-approved cloud.

Suitable workloads can stay closer to the business instead of sending every task to a hyperscale data center. Right-sized does not mean impact-free: energy use and environmental impact depend on the hardware, utilization, power source, and workload.

Approved data boundaries and permissions stay explicit. Financial, safety, legal, security, and machine-control decisions remain with authorized people. The pilot closes with a review of usage, answer quality, risks, infrastructure demands, and practical production options rather than assuming every workflow should expand.

Technology assessment

Choose one workflow worth proving.

Describe the information people struggle to find, who should be allowed to use it, and what a useful answer or assisted workflow would change.
